Mission :
What we are looking for :
Our ANZ branch, is looking for a versatile Business Development Manager (full remote), capable of assuming these key responsibilities :
Managing the existing customer base
Identify and Develop opportunities with our various partners in Australia and New Zealand
Growing our sales in the region by targeting prospects suited to our specialised offer (in particular in the liquor and pharmaceutical sectors)
Implement strategic business plans to achieve quarterly and annual goals
Liaising with General Management, engineers and dedicated technicians, based overseas (mainly France and China)
Implementing the commercial strategy set by SLEEVER at a global level, and by the Australasian Sales Director at a local level
Represent the company at Industry related evets, such as trade hows,
Pré-requis :
The ideal candidate should have :
Tertiary qualification in a Technical, Commercial, Business or Marketing capacity
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B-2-B. Experience in packaging and/or printing will be an asset
Very good communication and presentation skills
An aptitude for initiative, combined with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while reporting to Management
Negotiation skills and the versatility to deal with all departments within our customers’ organisation
A good command of the usual office software
Fluent English and competence in French
The availability to travel both interstate and overseas
The unconditional right to work and live in Australia
Experience in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Knowledge of SAP is also highly regarded
