SleeverMakeup : the new reference product for make-up packaging

Combining a new PET film, the SI-C-PET/KG050, a new combinatorial printing « helioflex » platform and a new equipment, SleeverLogicpak LPK 80, « SleeverMakeup » brings together all the benefits sought by make-up manufacturers in order to distinguish their products on shelves. This new product shows an excellent printability, perfect transparency and shine. It suits well the performance requirements of the sleeve application machines. It can cover complex shapes 360° around and offers a controlled « tearability » for an optimized opening of the product. The high quality printing technology provides a very good legibility as well as an accurate reproduction of all colour shades in order to facilitate consumers’ choice. It also gives access to a wide range of special effects (metallic, silver, golden, pearly, iridescent, matt) and complies with the flexibility requirements of the manufacturers (multi-product and test series production). Finally, the equipment SleeverLogicpak LPK 80 sets a new standard for the make-up industry, with a footprint reduced by 50% compared to the previous generations. It is ideal to equip ends of lines.

Through its integrated expertise of the shrinksleeve production process (film manufacturing, processing and sleeve application), Sleever International provides make-up manufacturers with a turnkey solution, fully operational. This solution allows for the horizontal application and shrinking of sleeves on small packagings (pencils, lipsticks, mascaras, foundation make-up, nail polishes...) with production outputs up to 80 items per minute.
