Flawless 360° decor

The sleeve quickly emerged as a solution capable of providing 360° packaging. Comprised of two sleeves – one for the top and one for the body of the bottle, the spiral of the visual encapsulates both components. SLEEVER INTERNATIONAL also solved another technicality: as the sleeve was positioned on an empty bottle, necessarily much lighter than after the introduction of the pump, it required all the group's expertise to achieve an optimum result. The seal was thus carefully studied to ensure a perfect finish. The top also called upon the expertise of SLEEVER INTERNATIONAL and was fitted with a tiny flap to guarantee high-precision positioning and prevent it from sliding once the bottle is opened. To carry out these extremely delicate operations, in particular fitting the sleeve onto a component as tiny as the top, a horizontal positioning machine was specially developed.

For this project, SLEEVER INTERNATIONAL used a brand new SI-CPET-KG/050 film for optimum results. The sleeve was printed using the Helioflex® process carried out by SLEEVER INTERNATIONAL. Its principle combines a number of solutions including retrogravure and flexography. Sleever Studio also implemented an in-depth study of the five colors, in particular to obtain an optimum match with the fragrance's color.

The project called upon all the group's expertise: R&D to supervise operations, Sleever Studio's color proficiency and Decosleeve's high-quality industrial know-how and experience. Without forgetting Sleever Supply Chain that managed the stock of all the components including the sleeve, top, bottle and even the transport packaging, also custom designed for the occasion with FAPAGAU to prevent any damage during transport.

With this project, SLEEVER INTERNATIONAL concretely demonstrates its know-how in ambitious project management. This multi-reference collectible edition exemplifies the group's capacity for innovation, both in terms of designing cutting-edge packaging as in the search for an optimum solution. The first perfume venture between these two partners is a stunning success, illustrating how SLEEVER INTERNATIONAL and the SLEEVER solution can deploy innovative solutions for the world of perfumery.
